It is always fun being able to to design spaces in such an already great setting! This waterfront property, located in the Saint Michaels, MD area was renovated to serve as a short-term rental, for its owner. Our client wanted a more modern feel, than what you typically see on most country-waterfront properties. We added in a fun herringbone patterned floor tile, that also serves as a walk-in shower, with frameless glass. We included the floating wood vanity to add some warmth and depth to the space. We brightened it up with fun, 3D tiled walls; and included matte black plumbing fixtures and hardware to go with the surrounding interior and exterior features of the home.
